Shirley J. Crawford Pine Bush, NY Shirley J. Crawford, home maker, mother of 10, grandmother of 16, and great grandmother of 12; all who were her pride and joy passed away on Wednesday September 14, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie. She was 75. The daughter of the late Herman Mann and Luella DeGraw Mann, she was born on July 15, 1941 in Peekskill, NY. Survivors include her children; Jill Crawford of Pine Bush, Henry R. Crawford Jr. And his wife Heidi of Otisville, Sharon Crawford of Montgomery, Claire Bruning and her husband Ray of Wallkill, James Crawford of Montgomery, Jane Degroat and her husband Stephan of Winter Haven, FL, Robert Crawford of Pine Bush, Kelly Crawford of Goshen, Teara DiMarco of Pine Bush, and Christopher Crawford of Middletown. Grandchildren; Allen Groom and his wife Ursula, Nolan Groom and his wife Maria, Erin Crawford, Ryan Crawford and his wife Kara, Lily Krunfol, Emma Crawford, Eric Conklin, Nicholas Barnhart, Stephenie Barnhart, Katie Newhall and her husband Vernon, Jason McLaughlin, Nichole Forte, Natalie Decarlo, Peter Decarlo, Daniel DiMarco, and Joey DiMarco. Shirley is predeceased by her husband, Henry R. Crawford. A family statement reads, “Ma, you were our rock we love you we’ll miss you!” Graveside Services and Interment of ashes will take place on Saturday September 24, 2016 at 11am at New Prospect Cemetery, New Prospect Road, Pine Bush, NY.
