We are so very sorry! We are very thankful that we had Jay in our lives , he had a way of lighting up the room . Jay had an awesome, contagious smile That will live on forever! We will miss him! God Bless and keep.

Jay did have a great smile, he was funny. I remember taking him shopping at Kohls with me and all the PT appointments we had together. Jay will be missed.
