John E. Redman, son of the late Fred and Florence Redman, passed away on February 12, 2025 at Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack NY.  He was 87. John was born on September 26th, 1937 in Felton, England. He came to America as a young man and had a career for 35 years at the United Parcel Service. In those 35 years, 10 were as a driver, and 25 as a supervisor. Anyone who knew John, knew his love of horses. He was a part time Deputy Sheriff for Rockland County, and owned horses for the past 50 years. John was married the love of his life, Ginny Simpson, for almost 50 years and became a father to Dee Dee Lamancusa-Devitt of Pine Bush, NY, grandfather to Dimitri Lamancusa-Lemus of Pine Bush, NY and John A. Santiago of Houston, Texas. He was an active member of the community and a member of Pine Bush Seniors, and was also the treasurer for Town of Wallkill seniors. He will be missed by many. May he rest in peace. Visitation will be held on Monday February 17, 2025 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush NY.
