Bernard A. Pohl

Bernard A. Pohl, a resident of Pine Bush, New York, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.  He was 86 years old.  The son of the late Adolf Pohl and Charlotte Hodorff Pohl, he was born on November 13, 1938 in Darby, PA

Bernard was a graduate of Butler High School.  He was the owner of Northeastern Cash Register, member of the Hudson Valley Flyers, and the Dutchess County Pistol Association. A Veteran, Bernard was enlisted in the United States Air Force from 1956-1962. 

Bernard is survived by his wife, Emily Pohl, his daughters Ramona Hadzima and Rachel Wilken, as well as his sons-in-law, Glenn Hadzima and James Wilken, and three grandchildren:  Thomas Hadzima, Daniel Hadzima and Nina Hadzima. Military Honors and Interment of ashes will take place on Thursday June 19, 2025 at 12:00pm at  New Prospect Cemetery in Pine Bush NY. Arrangements entrusted to the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc.
