Henry I. Kellner Sr. Henry I. Kellner, Sr., a retired Iron Worker for Local 417 in Newburgh, N.Y., and lifetime area resident, died Friday May 27, 2005 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus. He was 87. The son of Henry Kellner and Margaret Keegan Kellner, he was born January 20, 1918 in Pine Bush, N.Y. Henry was a member of the Church of the Infant Saviour in Pine Bush, N.Y.; was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II; and was a former member of the Walker Valley Sportsman Club. He was the widower of Gertrude Keavney Kellner. He is survived by his son, Henry T. Kellner and wife, Agnes, of Pine Bush; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Kellner of Suffern, N.Y.; grandchildren: Thomas H. Kellner and wife, Colleen, of Wallkill, Kathleen Kellner of Pine Bush, Michael Kellner of Pine Bush, and Sharon Chille of Saratoga Springs, N.Y.; one sister, Margaret Hacay of Pine Bush; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Gertrude, he was predeceased by three sons: Steven Kellner, George Kellner, and Richard Kellner. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Tuesday May 31, 2005 at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush, N.Y. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 1 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home with Father William Damroth officiating. Burial will be in the family plot at New Prospect Cemetery, Pine Bush, N.Y.
