Dear Patsy,
Bill was a true dedicated public servant. He was there with me and others who worked hard to make the Ulstrer County Sheriff's Office the most professional police agency in the State. He loved the Sheriff's Office. His hobby as a craftsman gave me a beautiful clock and name plate. Even after retirement, he volunteered with the Sheriff's Office Explorer Program and the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Museum. But now he is with God. Our deepest sympathies during your time of loss.
