After a long and courageously fought battle, Heather left this world to again see her late son, Kane Tucker who she missed every day, surrounded by her family at home on Friday December 29, 2017. She was 78. She was born Heather Leonard on April 13,1939 to Katherine Schnarz and John C. Leonard and grew up in Wayne, NJ, the first of six children. Heather lived and enjoyed life to the fullest and always opened her home to those in need. She was an avid animal lover and loving friend to many. Survivors include her loving boyfriend, Ken Cottelli, her loving children, Judith Polomik and her husband, Robert, Dana Post, Richard Nyman and his wife, Sheila, Chance Nyman and family, Mickey Nyman and family, her loving grandchildren, Tucker, Kelsey, Madalyn, Case, and Alex, her sister, Kerrie and her brother, Keith Leonard, and several wonderful nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Kane Tucker, sisters Sharon and Jill, brother John, and her parents. To honor Heather’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. She asked that we remember her with love and laughter. A Celebration of Heather’s life will be held on April 14, 2018 at Ken’s home. All family and friends are invited to attend and remember the wonderful and happy times. Until we meet again “Mammy” forever in our hearts. Arrangements entrusted to the William M.
