Robert M. Taylor, a Licensed Blaster with Local 754 in Rockland and longtime resident of the area, passed away on Monday January 29, 2018 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, He was 66. The son of the late John and Joyce Arrigo, he was born on October 17, 1951 in Dowagiac, MI. Robert was an avid Hunter and enjoyed the outdoors. Survivors include his wife, Melissa at home, his daughters, Vanessa Reagan and her husband Dan of Boiceville, NY and Lisa Norris and her husband Jeffrey of Sutton, VT. 5 grandchildren, Merrick Janice, Taylor Norris, Eliza Norris, Stella Reagan, and Wylder Norris, nieces, Nicole Clavell and her husband Mike and Carly Marshall. Robert is predeceased by his uncle Butch Forshay and his grandparents, Melvin and Hilia Forshay. Visitation will be held on Saturday February 3, 2018 from 4-7pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush NY. Services will be offered at 6:45pm with Pastor Robert B. Hewitt officiating. Cremation will take place at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
