Lloyd G. Henry Sr. a retired Mechanic and lifelong resident of the area passed away peacefully at his home on Friday October 12, 2018. He was 72.  The son of the late Maurice Henry and Mary Giles Henry he was born on November 16, 1945 in Middletown, NY. A Veteran of the US Army, Lloyd served his country from 1965-1971. A family statement reads, “ Lloyd loved his family, fishing, sports, and country. He was a 2nd generation bee keeper and took pride in his work.” Survivors include his wife of 50 yrs, Susan at home, 4 children, Denise Brandt and her husband Marvin of Virginia Beach, Lloyd Henry Jr. And his wife Barbara of Kerhonkson, Jonathan Henry of Bloomingburg, and Daniel Henry and his wife Laurie of Pine Bush, 6 grandchildren, Desiree, Raeanne, Lloyd III, Isabelle, Isaac, and Ryan, 1 brother, Leonard Henry and his wife Kathy, 1 sister, Gwen Minturn and her husband John. Lloyd is further survived by several nieces and nephews, and is predeceased by his infant son, Glen Joab Henry. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday October 17, 2018 at 10am at Bread of Life Church,  2876 Rte 17K Bullville, NY. Interment of ashes will take place in Walker Valley Cemetery.
