William “Buzz” Piche, a longtime resident of Pine Bush, New York passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Monday, January 7, 2019. He was born March 9,1937 in Lansingburgh. He was the son of the late Paul and Margaret Piche. Buzz was a self-employed plumber. He greatly enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially at his favorite lake, Big Bowman Pond.  Buzz is survived by his loving wife Gerry of 62 years; along with son Jeff of Pine Bush, daughters Sue (Eugene) Blick of Middletown, Md. and Holly (Leo) Porkka of Brookfield, Wi. He is further survived by his grandchildren: Emily, Jacob, Will, Wes, David and Tom.  The family wishes to express their gratitude and appreciation to the following for all their love and support: Sita Spoto, Shawn Yelle, Cheryl Piche, Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties and Pine Bush Volunteer Ambulance Corp.  Services will be at the convenience of the family.
