Obituary of James M. Finn

Jimmy "Red" Finn Pine Bush, NY Jimmy Finn, better known as "Red" to friends and family, passed away on June 5, 2011 at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in Bronx, NY. He was 40. A lifelong resident of the area, Jimmy was born on October 9, 1970 in Middletown NY to James Finn and Patricia Battle Finn. He worked as a carpenter with MJJ Construction Inc. in Pine Bush and served his county in the US Marines during the Gulf War. Jimmy was a member of the American Legion, G. Paul Bettinger Post 1308 in Pine Bush. Survivors include his parents; James and Pat Finn of Pine Bush, his brothers; Michael Finn, Eric Pallazola and Jerrod Moore, all of Pine Bush. He is further survived my many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation will take place on Thursday June 9, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush, NY. Funeral Services will be conducted at 8:30pm at the Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Hewitt officiating. Cremation will be at Cedar Hill Crematory in Newburgh. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to a Local Veterans Affairs Office of one's choice.
