Hey “Schwartz,” sorry I’m just finding out about your battle. I would’ve loved to have been there for you. I just want to say thanks so much for all those years in high school when your smile, kindness, goofiness and genuine love, lit up my life and still warms my heart today. Memories are a wonderful thing. When we look back, we can remember those times when God allowed us to share, interact and connect with each other in very special ways. Thanks so much for being such a blessing to me and helping me through those awkward years. You were the true definition of being a friend. I’ll cherish, our memories forever. Love you Tina (Keys)

I remember Janet's smile! Loved the Lord and played tricks on me, she served with all her heart and lived talking about her family. Will be missed but I will see you again.

Dear Stinson Family,
I am so sorry that Janet has past. We worked together at the middle school for many years and she was a passionate, caring teacher. I hope you find comfort in your memories and in knowing how many lives she touched as a teacher.

My deepest condolences to Janet's family and friends. Janet and I worked together for many years at the Middle School and was always available to share her creative ideas for classroom projects and Environmental Club arts & crafts. As their teacher, her friendly and caring personality encouraged both my children to express themselves through art. I am grateful for the time we shared teaching and learning together.

I am so saddened to hear of Janet's passing. She was such a caring and gentle soul. I loved the times we all got together for "Art Department" meetings. (Which were never often enough!) Just getting to spend time with some people with the same passion and love of art and teaching. I guess you could say we spoke the same language! She will be dearly missed. My heartfelt condolences to the family during this difficult time.

I have retired and moved away but I will always remember Janet and will miss my dear sister-in-Christ. She cared deeply about others and reached out to them in so many ways. I feel that a light has gone out in this world but I know she is waiting for us in heaven and she is shining there! My sympathies and prayers go out to Marty and Craig and Janet's mom and sisters and friends - all who held a special place in her heart. - Jeanne Jackson

I am going to miss you so much. Most recently our luncheons at the Red Dot Restaurant in Wurtsboro, after retiring, where we would catch up on each other’s lives. You were a very good friend and I enjoyed sharing a room with you in the Ellenville Middle school. I know you are in a wonderful place now and no longer in pain, but I am surely going to miss you, my friend.
With everlasting love, Victoria Robinson
