Sharon Lynn Rhein of Pine Bush, NY passed peacefully surrounded by closest family on June 27, 2022 at the age of 61. Whether you knew her as Sharon or Lynn, you always knew what a loyal and loving person she was. Originally born in Englewood, NJ, she grew up in the Monroe area and settled in Pine Bush for over 25 years after marrying the love of her life, Danny. She was funny, full of witty comebacks when you least expected it, and incredibly brave after overcoming so many ailments and obstacles through her life. Her resilience, gentle heart, stubbornness, and love for the color purple are some traits that will live through her closest loved ones as time continues on. A devoted mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend who will be dearly missed. She was predeceased by her mother, Judith Shirven, as well as her husband Danny Rhein. She is survived by her daughter, Amber Rhein; sister Cheryl Janak; father, William Sedivec; and many other family members and friends. There will be a private memorial for Sharon the evening of July 17. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you donate to the United Way of Ulster County, or your local animal shelter.
