Leroy J. Palmer, an Auto Body Technician and lifelong resident of the area, entered into rest on Saturday, August 27, 2022. He was 54. The son of the Ann Stankiewicz Palmer, and the late Leroy B. Palmer, he was born on May 16, 1968 in Newburgh, NY. Leroy attended Pine Bush High school, was a member of the Church of the Infant Saviour, loved the outdoors and enjoyed many hours hunting and fishing. He was a generous person and would help anyone in need. Leroy also had a love for animals unmatched by none. Survivors include his mother Ann Palmer,his daughter, Eve of Kentucky, and his brothers, Mark of Pine Bush and Aaron of Phoenix Arizona. He was predeceased by his father Leroy B. Palmer and sister Rosemarie Wilkins. Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 31, 2022 from 4-7pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd. Pine Bush NY. A Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday September 1, 2022 at 10am at the Church of the Infant Saviour. Burial will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Florida, NY.
