I met Mike this summer at a campout. I immediately felt comfortable around him , and was glad to see him throughout the following months. He was always super kind to me whenever I came in contact with him after that. The last time we spoke we were both really excited to be celebrating in the month of December on the hard work we have put in this past year. May he rest peacefully and joyously in God's kingdom. He will be missed very much.

Deeply saddened to hear of Mike’s passing. I grew up with “Huffy” throughout kindergarten to senior year and he brought warmth, positivity, and incredible humor that I have never seen elsewhere. Mike “Huffy” Huffcut had a heart of gold and an attitude that could lift any spirit. I know he watching over us and basking in the Glory of the LORD. May he always be remembered as the kind soul that has blessed so many lives

I had the honor and privilege to get to know Mike a deep level. As his sponsor, I appreciated the honest exchanges and the many laughs that we shared. We shared sobriety dates, I wish I knew you longer. But in the brief year I knew you I got to experience your love, laughter and got to see how big your heart was.
