Louis Busching a Retail Clothing buyer for Murray’s in Brooklyn, NY  passed away on Wednesday February 15, 2023, at home in Pine Bush, NY. He was 76.  Louis was born July 31, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY to parents Henry Charles Busching and Rita Zuber Busching. Louis was an artist who enjoyed creating pieces in various forms. He leaves behind many pieces that will be enjoyed and cherished by his family. He was a gym rat at Planet Fitness in Middletown who even journaled his workout sessions. He was also an avid pool player who loved to learn and practice trick shots. He had a love of movies and collected his favorites on DVD leaving behind an impressive collection.  Louis will be remembered as a very generous man who loved his family and friends. He enjoyed the last 12 years of his life which he spent surrounded by family residing in the country in Pine Bush after spending most of his life in and around New York City. Survivors include his sister Elizabeth Putaggio and her husband Mike Putaggio of Melbourne Beach, FL and sister Catherine Richardson and her husband Pete Richardson of Pine Bush, NY. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents, Henry Charles and Rita Bushing, his sister Ruth Holbein, and brothers Henry Neverman and Fred Neverman. Cremation was private. Burial of ashes will take place at a later date and at the convenience of the family.
