Niki Capaci

Niki Capaci, of Middletown, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 6th 2023. She was 40 years old. The daughter of Carolyn Morse and Salvatore Capaci III, she was born in Ridgewood, NJ on March 11th, 1983. Niki graduated with a Nursing Degree from SUNY Orange in 2005, and went on to practice as a labor and delivery RN for several years before moving on to travel nursing, which she loved dearly. Niki was most proud of her children and grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She is survived by her children Aryana (Zack), Loreli (Robert), Maya (Anthony), Jaeden (Paige) Davila, and Layla, Carmine, Angalena, Starla, and Nico Squicciarini; grandchildren, Kalila and Violet Davila-Nevin, Ariella and Robert Alicea, and Eliana Sarmiento-Davila. She is also survived by her father Salvatore Capaci III, mother and step-father Carolyn and Robert Morse, paternal grandmother Mary Bonita Mann, siblings Layla (Benjamin), and Benjamin (Alexa) Capaci, sister-in-law and nephew Chaundra and Silas Capaci, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Niki is predeceased by her granddaughter Maliah Davila, brothers, Salvatore IV and Christopher Capaci, paternal grandfather Salvatore Capaci II, and maternal grandparents Daniel and Dolores Bonpietro. A private visitation will be held for her family. Funeral service will be held at a future date.
