Vicky Lynn Huebsch (Blum ) of Port Jervis, NY and lifelong resident of the surrounding area, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Sunday August, 20th, 2023 . She was 60. The daughter of Sarah Jane Helms (Curry) and the late Jimmy Blum, she was born on August 27,1962 at the old Horton Hospital in Middletown, New York. Vicky’s only son Eric Andrew Hall made it to heaven long before she did and they have now been reunited in Gods Kingdom. Vicky was loved by all who were blessed to know her. She had beautiful big bright eyes and a contagious smile that would light up any room she entered . She was a lover of all Music including country, anything classic rock , The Grateful Dead , and many others but most importantly, Vicky adored Elvis . She loved to travel and had a special place she loved in Aruba. Layla , her dog was often referred to as her “shadow “ became her sidekick in the last few years . Her family kept her heart beating since the day she was brought into this world and her three grandchildren kept her soul spirited and at peace from they day they each came into this world . A family statement reads, “ Vicky had a selfless love for all those around her and will forever shine onto others through her grandchildren.”Survivors include her three brothers , Jimmy Blum and his wife Darlene of Adrienne, Missouri, Mike Blum and his wife Alita of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Donnie Helms of Florida, daughter in law, Kelli Burns (Hall ) and her three children , Peyton Andrew, Wyatt Stephen , and Stevie Rose of Greenville, NY. Vicky is further survived by many nieces and nephews who she absolutely adored. She also predeceased by her younger sister, Lisa Helms.. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 3-5pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush NY.
