Rita M. Dalpe a retired Bank Teller for Sterling Bank and longtime resident of the area passed away on Saturday January 27, 2024 in Tarrytown, NY. She was 78. The daughter of the late Ovide Dalpe and Julia Marques Dalpe she was born on April 22, 1945 in Queens, NY. Survivors include her sons; Darren B. Weed, Robert Schreiner, Michael Schreiner, and Lewis Weed. Rita is further survived by her 3 granddaughters, and 4 grandsons along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her 2 sisters. Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 7, 2024 from 5-8pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush NY. Services will be offered at 7:30 at the Funeral Home. Cremation will be private and burial of ashes will take place in St. Columba Cemetery in Chester, NY at the convenience of the family.
