Emma D. Garbade Pine Bush, NY Emma D. Garbade an 18 year resident of the area, entered into rest on Thursday March 1, 2007 at Orange Regional Medical Center Horton Campus. She was 86. The daughter of the late George M. Scofield and Emma Madaus Scofield, she was born Sept. 6, 1920 in Yonkers, NY. She was the widow of William Garbade. A home maker, Emma was also a Jehovah Witness in Wallkill, NY. Survivors include her loving daughter, Barbara Hoke and husband Jerry of Hobe Sound, Florida, loving son William Garbade of Tarrytown, NY, loving son in law John Winkelman of Poughkeepsie, NY. 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her daughter Dorothy Winkelman, daughter in law Barbara Garbade, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Visitation will be on Tuesday March 6, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 at The William M. Gagan Funeral Home 1525 Burlingham Road Pine Bush, NY, with a service to be held in the evening at the funeral home. Cremation will be in Cedar Hill Crematory with Inurnment to take place in Mt.
