To Nancy, Kathy, Carl, Lindsay, Kristen, and the whole family: Words cannot express how very sorry I am for your loss! Having known Mark for the entire 23 years I have worked at Yellow Freight, I am beyond shocked and saddened. What I remember most about Mark was that he always had a smile and a big wave for me whenever I saw him, and that he was a devoted family man. He would sometimes stop in to the office to tell my the latest news about Lindsay and Kristen, since he knew that I knew them, and he loved them dearly and was so proud of them. He was always a gentleman. Your family will be in my prayers, and my prayers are that God will comfort you and give you peace as you grieve this deep loss. I pray also that your many warm memories of Mark will help you to feel him still close to you. May God bless you all and may He hold you in His loving arms as you go through this time. With my deepest sympathy, -Ruth Spencer, Yellow Freight

We will deeply miss Mark, his love of steak and cycling, his smile and his love of our dogs - as well as his own, Blue. His love of his Nancy was always evident to us as was his love of family and friends. His smile is what we will remember most.

Our Hearts and prayers go out to the family for such a great lost. May you found comfort and support with the memories and the love of friends and family that surrounds you. God is looking down on you as well as Mark and embraces you and will guide you each day as you try to continue to go on, Mark was a loving and understanding person even in High School and knew how to make someone laugh when they were down. He was Unique as he once told me that I was and will remain in our hearts and memories always.
God bless and all his love be upon you and your family this day and every day.
David and Teresa Grippe
