Deacon Raymond Hodges Pine Bush, New York Deacon Raymond Hodges a 52 year resident of Pine Bush, entered into rest on Thursday October 26, 2006 at Orange Regional Medical Center Horton Campus, Middletown NY. He was 78 years old. The son of the late Lewis Hodges and Margaret Sprague Hodges, he was born on August 21, 1928 in Oneonta, New York. Raymond was a Veteran of the United States Army. Raymond also was a retired Mathematics Teacher and former Chairman of The Mathematics Department for 30 years at the Pine Bush Central School District. He was an advisor in The National Honor Society at Pine Bush High School and Junior class advisor for many years. He was a retired part-time Math Instructor at Orange County Community College for 17 years. A member and former officer in the Pine Bush Knights of Columbus Council 5329. Raymond was a 52 year member of The Church of The Infant Saviour in Pine Bush and a Deacon for the past 11 years of the Church. Survivors include his beloved wife of 52 years Frances Mary Gennarino Hodges at home, loving daughter Debra Mary Townley and her husband David of Houston Texas, his loving son Raymond P. Hodges and his wife Lisa of Highland Mills, New York, 5 loving grandchildren: Matthew, Michael, Mark, and Gabrielle Hodges and John Brooks Townley. Loving sister, Mabel Hodges of Oneonta, and loving brother, Francis Hodges and his wife Marianna of Mohawk NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday October 29, 2006 from 3pm-7pm at The Church of The Infant Saviour, Rte 302 Pine Bush, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday October 30, 2006 at 11:00am at The Church of The Infant Saviour. Burial will take place in Wallkill Cemetery, Middletown NY. Memorial Contributions can be made in Deacon Ray’s name to: The Church of The Infant Saviour Building Fund, 22 Holland Ave, Pine Bush NY 12566. Arrangements were entrusted to The William M.
