Stanley M. Kania Bullville, NY Stanley M. Kania, a life long resident of the area, passed away at on Tuesday February 10, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. He was 81. The son of the late John Kania and Victoria Kobylarz Kania, he was born on November 18, 1933 in Bullville, NY. Stanley was retired from Orange County Community College and also retired from Dairy Farming. He will be missed by family and many close friends. Stanley was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Middletown. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Eugenia at home, 3 children; John Kania and his wife Susan of Bullville, Peter Kania of Bullville, and Jean Kania of Middletown. Granddaughter, Merissa Kania of Middletown; Grandson, Kyle Curesky of Bullville. Brothers; Martin Kania and his wife Doris of Middletown, Anthony Kania and his wife Anne of Bayshore, Long Island. Sisters; Rose Reider and her husband Ruppert ( Bud) of Pittsburgh, PA and Helen Beninson and her husband David of Bullville. Sister in law, Virginia Kania of Bullville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Stanley is predeceased by his brothers; Julius, Frank and Joseph Kania. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday February 14, 2015 at 11am St. Joseph's Church in Middletown. Burial will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery in the spring.
