Emily J. Lent a retired Nurse and lifelong resident of the area
passed away on Sunday June 17, 2012 at her sister's home in Walker
Valley, surrounded by family. She was 71. The daughter of the
late Earl Caston and Madeline Perry Caston, she was born on July
28, 1940 in Highland NY. Survivors include her children;
Ronald Martinez and his wife Lori of Napanoch, Lorraine Morales and
her husband Anibal of Florida, Manuel Martinez of New Windsor, and
Steven Martinez and his wife Vicki of Modena, 12 grandchildren, and
15 great grandchildren, sisters; Linda Steinhilber of Walker
Valley, and Elaine and Doris Caston, brothers; Leon and Earl Caston
and many nieces and nephews. Emily is predeceased by her son,
Dean Martinez, brothers; Robert Caston and Earl Caston Sr., sisters
Grace Piscopo and Sharon Miller and her grandson; Steven
Martinez. Visitation will be held on Thursday June 21, 2012
from 6-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525
Burlingham Rd Pine Bush. Funeral services will be conducted
on Friday June 22, 2012 at 11am at the funeral home with Fr. Kevin
Gallagher officiating. Burial will take place in New Prospect
Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the William M. Gagan Funeral
