Theresa Marie Miller Theresa Marie Miller, a 50-year resident of the area, died Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus, Middletown. She was 83. The daughter of Joseph R. Amadei and Theresa M. Smollin Amadei, she was born May 20, 1923 in Maywood, N.J. She retired from the family business, Millers Grocery Store in Bloomingburg and was a homemaker. A family statement reads, "Mom was a wonderful devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She never met a person who she didn't consider a friend. She will be greatly missed by all." Survivors include her husband Henry G. Miller Jr. at home; her children, Theresa Barzly and husband Azriel of Port Jervis, Joanne Johnson and husband David of Bloomingburg, Frances Cole and husband Timothy of Liberty, Henry Miller III of Jacksonville, Fla., Charles Miller of Bloomingburg; six grandsons, David Jr. and Brian Johnson and his fiancee Kateryna Polka, Shawn Johnson and his wife Yadira, Gregory Johnson all of Bloomingburg, Joseph Walker-Scott of Port Jervis, Paul Cole of Liberty; one great-granddaughter, Charlyanna Johnson; one sister, Frances Henriksen of Pensacola, Fla.; one brother, J. Robert Amadei of Pensacola, Fla. She was predeceased by her parents; a brother, James Amadei; and a sister, Patricia Lawler. Visitation will be on Friday, August 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 12 at 10 a.m. in the Church of the Infant Saviour, Route 302, Pine Bush with Father Kevin Gallagher officiating.
