Obituary of Antonio Nunes Miranda

Antonio Nunes Miranda Pine Bush, NY Antonio Nunes Miranda, a Mason for Caldas Concrete in Pine Bush passed away on Tuesday December 16, 2008 at ORMC Horton Campus in Middletown. He was 51. The son of the Maria De Jesus Nunes and the late Manuel Miranda he was born on January 3, 1957 in Portugal. Antonio moved to the USA in 1985 and settled in Newark NJ. While in NJ, he was a carpenter until he came to the area in 1989. Survivors include his loving wife Mabilde at home, loving daughter Paula Nunes Curran and her husband Sean of Pine Bush, loving sons, Nuno Miguel Nunes of Pine Bush, Licinio Nunes of Campbell Hall, and Marco Nunes of Pine Bush, loving grandchildren, Isabelle Nunes and Patrick Karl Curran. Antonio is also survived by 5 brothers, 2 sisters and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister Carminda Nunes Silvestre. Visitation will be held on Friday December 19, 2008 from 3-5&7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham RD Pine Bush. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday December 20, 2008 at 10:00am at the Church of the Infant Saviour, Rte 302 in Pine Bush with Fr. Kevin Gallagher officiating. Burial will take place in New Prospect Cemetery in Pine Bush. Memorial contributions can be made to the Church of the Infant Saviour Building Fund, 22 Holland Ave Pine Bush, NY 12566.
