Katherine M. Morgenthaler "Kitty" Pine Bush, NY Katherine M. Morgenthaler, a retired Office Supervisor for the Thruway Market in Walden, and lifetime resident of the area passed away on Sunday November 16, 2014 at her daughters home in Loch Sheldrake. She was 64. The daughter of the late Earl J. Brown and Dorothy E Stanton, she was born on December 7, 1949 in Middletown. Katherine was a member of the Lioness Club, Pine Bush Fire Dept Ladies Auxiliary, Contributor to the ASPCA and National Humane Society and was a graduate of the Middletown High School Class of 1967. Survivors include her husband Bob at home, 3 children; Heather Kessler and her husband Jamie P. of Loch Sheldrake, Kelly Bryant of Monticello, and Scott Morgenthaler and his wife Jennifer of Pine Bush. 5 grandchildren; Jacqueline, Taylor, and Jamie Lynn Kessler, Donna and Kevin Bryant, Father in law; Lou Morgenthaler, brother in law; Rich Morgenthaler and his wife Carolyn of Pine Bush. Visitation will be held on Thursday November 20, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush, NY. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday November 21, 2014 at the funeral home with Pastor Robert B. Hewitt officiating. Burial will take place in Walker Valley Cemetery.
