Edward J. O'Leary, a furniture maker, and 20-year area resident, died March 21, 2006 at Westchester Medical Center. He was 86. The son of Peter Sylvester O'Leary and Edna Hilda Brunner, he was born Dec. 3, 1919 in Laurel Hills, Queens. Survivors include his loving sons, Robert O'Leary and wife Mary of Walden, Richard O'Leary and wife Jane of Pennsylvania; one sister, Julie Palermo; one brother, Dennis O'Leary of Livingston Manor; four grandchildren, Clorinda, Dracaena, Colleen and Meghan; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Marilyn G. O'Leary; three brothers, Raymond, William and Robert O'Leary; and sisters Elsie and Edna. Visitation will be held on Frid. March 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, Inc., 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush. Funeral services will be held on Sat.
