Baby McKenna Gail Phillips, of Pine Bush, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2004 at Westchester County Medcal Center in Valhalla. She was 7 months old.
The daughter of Kenneth V. Phillips Jr. and Jean Cognato Phillips, she was born March 30,2004 at Westchester County Medical Center.
Survivors include her beloved parents, Kenneth and Jean Phillips at home; her loving grandparents, Ken and Doris Phillips of Pine Bush; loving grandmother, Clara Casella of Walkill; loving aunt, Donna Phillips of Pine Bush;several loving cousins.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Gavin Vincent Phillips, Tristan James Phillips; her sister, Jenna Gail Phillips; and her uncle, James Vincent Phillips.
There will be no visitation.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a. m. Monday, November 8 in the family plot at Wallkill Valley Cemetery in Walden.Pastor Robert Hewitt will officiate.
Burial will be in Wallkill Valley Cemetery in Walden.
