Obituary of Grace J. Rector

Grace J. Rector Pine Bush, NY Grace J. Rector, a home maker and longtime resident of the area passed away on December 26, 2009 at Park Manor Rehabilitation Center in Middletown, NY. She was 86. The daughter of the late Thomas Brit Watkins and Nellie Green Watkins, she was born on October 9, 1923 in Marietta, Georgia. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Eighmey of Virginia, sons, Stephen Rector and his wife Sue of Washington, and Robert Rector and his wife Shirley of Pine Bush, NY. 5 grandchildren, Janene, Matthew, Shannon, Flynn and Daniel, sister, Jenny Byrd of Tennessee, brothers, Robert Watkins of North Carolina, and Gene Watkins of Tennessee, 4 great grandchildren, Tyler, Shauna, Delaina, and Daniel. She is predeceased by her husband Taft Rector, her 2 sisters, Toye Watkins Tobler and Cliffie Underwood, and her brother, T.W. Watkins. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday December 30, 2009 at 10:00am at New Prospect Cemetery with Pastor Robert Hewitt officiating.
