Obituary of Thomas J. Rowe

Thomas J. Rowe Pine Bush, NY Thomas J. Rowe, a longtime resident of the area, passed away with his family by his side at ORMC Horton Campus in Middletown, on Friday December 18, 2009. He was 66. The son of the late Thomas J. Rowe and Winifred Goldie Rowe, he was born on May 9, 1943 in Kearny, NJ. Thomas was enlisted for 6 years with the National Guard, and was the Past President of the Pine Bush Ambulance Corp, a Founding member of the Pine Bush Lions Club, he served as a former Assessor for the Town of Crawford and was also on the planning board for the Town of Crawford, he is a member of O.R.C.A and a member of the U.S Humane Society. Thomas was a self employed Architectural Illustrator. Survivors include his wife, Jean at home, his uncle, Stewart Goldie of Florida, several cousins, and his dog, Brewster. Visitation will be held on Monday Dec 21, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd, Pine Bush. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday Dec 22, 2009 at 10:00am at the Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Hewitt officiating. Burial will be in New Prospect Cemetery.
