John T. Ryan
John T. Ryan, a retired warehouseman, died Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Arden Hill Campus. He was 85.
The son of John Ryan and Loretta Langan Ryan, he was born July 25, 1920 in Brooklyn, N.Y.
He was a US Army veteran.
Survivors include his beloved wife Cecelia Holfester Ryan; loving children: son James and wife Ellen of Pine Bush, daughter Monica Mary Ryan of Leesburg, Fla. and son John Ryan of Albany; four beloved grandchildren James Ryan, Therese Ryan, Kathleen Ryan and Michelle Ryan.
Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, September 17 and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, September 18 at William M. Gagan Funeral Home, 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 19 at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Infant Saviour, Route 302, Pine Bush. Father William Damroth will officiate.
Burial, with military honors will be in the Orange County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Goshen, N.Y.
