Madeline M. Ryan Formerly of Hackensack, N.J. Madeline M. Ryan, a seven-year resident of Scotchtown, and former resident of Hackensack, N.J., passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, February 5, 2007 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus. She was 88. The daughter of the late Edward Barry and Nora Denine Barry, she was born May 27, 1918 in Brooklyn, N.Y. Madeline was a retired Receiving Clerk for Sears Department Stores in New Jersey. She was a member of the Town of Wallkill Senior Citizens and Holy Trinity Church in New Jersey. Survivors include her loving daughter, Noreen Colletti and her husband, Tim of Scotchtown; two grandchildren, Tara and T.J. Colletti, also of Scotchtown. She is also survived by her loving sister-in-law, Mary Ryan and many loving nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, William Ryan and many loving brothers and sisters-in-law. Madeline's family would like to give a very special thank you to the staff at Montgomery Nursing Home for their love and devotion. A Graveside Service followed by burial will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. in George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, N.J.
