Christine R. Shatney Wallkill, New York Christine R. Shatney a homemaker of Wallkill, NY and longtime resident of the area, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2007 at Orange Regional Medical Center Horton Campus. She was 80. The daughter of the late Gerald and Susan Royce, she was born on March 21, 1926 in Vermont. Survivors include her 5 loving children: Elizabeth Dolan and her husband Richard Sr. of Wallkill NY, Polly Cook and her husband Vern of Tennessee, James Shatney of California, Cindy Cutler-Hansen of Florida, Jack Thompson and his wife Gail of Wallkill, , 7 beloved grandchildren: Richard Jr and his wife of Frankfort NY, Timothy Sr. and his wife of Wallkill , Tina Howie of Pine Bush, William Cook of Syracuse, Alfred Cook of Connecticut, James Cutler of Pine Bush, Christina Thompson of Wallkill. 10 beloved great grandchildren: Richard III, Amy, Amanda, and Allison of Frankfort NY, Andrea and Timothy Jr. Of Wallkill, Frank, Amber, and Fred of Pine Bush, and Zack of Syracuse. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
