Obituary of Angelina D'Alto

Angelina D'Alto Wallkill, NY Angelina D'Alto, a Food Service worker for the Pine Bush School District and a long time resident of the area passed away on Friday May 13, 2011 at home. She was 88. The daughter of the late Lawrence Nunziato and Marie Peluso Nunziato, she was born on January 7, 1923 in Brooklyn NY. Angelina was a member of the Church of the Infant Saviour and had worked in the Pine Bush School District until she was 84. Survivors include her daughters; Ann Marie D'Alto-Smith and her husband Stephen of Wallkill, and Elida Horowitz and her husband Murray of NJ, 4 grandchildren; Diane, Lorraine, Karen and David, special nieces; Barbara Nunziato and Carol Dauphine, and she is further survived by several brothers, sister, nieces and nephews. Angelina is predeceased by her husband Joseph D'Alto, her daughter Nancy D'Alto, her grandson Joseph D'Alto, 1 sister and 2 brothers. Visitation will be held on Monday May 16, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd, Pine Bush. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday May 17, 2011 at 10:00am at the Church of the Infant Saviour with Fr. Kevin Gallagher officiating.
