Obituary of Michael S. Smith

Michael Stanley Smith Gardiner, NY Pine Bush, NY Michael S. Smith, a Construction Supervisor and lifelong resident of the area passed away at Vassar Brothers Medical Center on August 20, 2015. He was 59. The son of Richard A. Smith and the late Mary Horwath Smith, he was born on June 3,1956. Survivors include his wife Judith E. O'Neill at home, daughter, Meryl L. Smith at home, son, John M. Smith at home, father, Richard A. Smith of Pine Bush, brother, Richard J. Smith and his wife Elizabeth of Pine Bush, mother in law, Marjorie K. O'Neill of New Paltz, grandmother, Edith M. Smith of Pine Bush. Michael is predeceased by his mother, Mary Smith and his brother John C. Smith. Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 25, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush. Funeral Services will be held at 8:30pm at the funeral home with Pastor Robert B. Hewitt officiating. Cremation will be private.
