David G. Stewart Burlingham, NY David G. Stewart, a lifelong resident of the area, passed away at his home on Tuesday April 20, 2010. He was 61. The son of the late John Rutherford Stewart and Mary Murie Stewart, he was born on December 7, 1948 in Middletown, NY. David was a longtime Mechanic and recently worked as a Parts Delivery Driver for Auto Parts International in Middletown, NY Survivors include his loving wife Mary Jane at home, his loving children, Charles Petrillo and his wife Charlene of Pine Bush, Dominick Petrillo and his wife Lorraine of Huguenot, Steve Ponessa and his wife Chrissy of Newburgh, and Sheila Upright and Charles LeCare of Hopewell Junction. David is further survived by his brother, William M. Stewart Sr., his 3 grandchildren, Angela and Anthony Petrillo of Pine Bush, and Amanda Upright of Hopewell Junction, his special niece Donna Phillips of Pine Bush, many other nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog, Keda, and beloved cat, Jenna. David is predeceased by his brother, John Rutherford Stewart Jr. Visitation will be held on Friday April 23, 2010 from 4-7pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd, Pine Bush. A service will be conducted at 6:30pm at the funeral home. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Newburgh, NY.
