Tancredi II, a retired Lieutenant for the FDNY Ladder 47 in the Bronx NY and a 14 year resident of the area formerly of Staten Island NY passed away on Friday August 8, 2008 at ORMC Horton Campus in Middletown. He was 48. The son of Vincent J. Tancredi and Margaret Sanders Tancredi he was born on August 28, 1959 in Staten Island, NY. Vincent was a firefighter with Engine 22 Ladder 13 in Manhattan and Lieutenant with Ladder 47 in the Bronx NY from where he retired. He is a member of Infant Saviour Church and was a Computer Consultant at IBM. Vincent also coached Orange County West JV Ice Hockey Team and various other youth teams. Survivors include his loving wife Katie at home, his 2 loving sons James and Kevin Tancredi also at home, his loving brother Robert Tancredi of Hazlet NJ, and many loving nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He is predeceased by his brother Thomas Tancredi. Visitation will be held on Sunday August 10, 2008 and Monday August 11, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc.1525 Burlingham RD Pine Bush NY. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday August 12, 2008 at 10:00 am at the Church of the Infant Saviour Rte 302 Pine Bush NY. Burial will take place in New Prospect Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to The NY Firefighter Burn Center, 21 ASCH Loop, Bronx NY 10475. Arrangements were made by Richard A.
