Goshen, NY
Charles Brett a lifelong resident of the area passed away on
Saturday June 16, 2012 at Orange Regional Medical Center in
Middletown. He was 57. The son of the late Otto Fred Brett
and Elsie Bisterfeld Brett, he was born on October 26, 1954 in
Goshen, NY. Charles spent a lot of time in the family store known
as Brett's Store in Wallkill. Survivors include his sister, Loretta
Ballweg of Panama City Beach, Florida and several nieces and
nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Frederica
Martucci and Edith Pluchino. Cremation was held at the convenience
of the family and burial of ashes will take place at the Bruynswick
Rural Cemetery in Wallkill at a later date. Arrangements entrusted
