Obituary of Marilyn H. Vetter

Marilyn Vetter Pine Bush, NY Marilyn H. Vetter died May 31, 2008 at Orange Regional Medical Center with her family at her side. She was 74 years old. Born November 25, 1933 in Tarrytown, NY, she was the daughter of the late Melville and Viola (Carlson) Hujus. She was a longtime resident of Spring Valley, NY before moving to Pine Bush, NY in 1986. She is survived by her loving husband, Louis Vetter, at home; her brother, Fred Hujus, Sr. and his wife, Ruth of the state of Florida; her two sisters, Ada Malone and her husband, Fred and Roberta Rutherford and her husband, Richard, both of Pennsylvania; her two sons, Maurice (Mickey) Finley of Monsey, NY and Patrick Finley, Sr. and his wife, Mabeljean of New Windsor, NY; her seven stepchildren: Michael Vetter, Sr. and his wife, Terry, Kathy Muntz and her husband, George, Linda Monell and her husband, Bill, all of Pine Bush, NY, Peggy Lewis and her husband, Michael of Georgia, Susan McNeil and her husband, Brian of Garnerville, NY, Patty Bacciri and her husband, Andrea of Alabama, Barbara Monell and her husband, Joseph of Walker Valley, NY and her brother-in-law, Matthew Murray of Pine Bush, NY. She is also survived by her devoted granddaughter and caregiver, Lee-Ann Luca and her husband, Matthew, at home, as well as 24 more wonderful grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, June 4 at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
