Jill Burnett Jill Burnett, a longtime resident of Pinebush, died Saturday, September 9, 2006 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Arden Hill Campus, Goshen. She was 61. The daughter of John C. Leonard Sr. and Katherine E. Leonard, Jill was born January 29, 1945 in Jersey City, N.J. She was married to Robert D. Burnett. She was a secretary and treasurer for Burnett Studios Inc., Pine Bush. A Family Statement reads: "Jill was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, and a loving guide for the entire family." Survivors include her husband at home; sons, Patrick Walsh of Fort Myers, Fla., John Burnett of Salt Lake City, Utah and Robert Burnett of Crested Butte, Colo.; daughters, Kellie Heitmann of Tennessee, Amanda Schaumburg of Woodridge, N.Y., Jessica Ann Langschultz of Woodridge, N.Y. and Sara Burnett of Goshen; seven grandchildren; brothers, John Leonard of New Berlin, N.Y. and Keith Leonard of Oliver Bridge, N.Y.; sisters, Kerrie Day of Wayne, N.J., Heather Nyman of Woodridge, N.Y., and Sharon Leonard of Woodridge, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. A memorial services will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the William M.Gagan Funeral Home, 1525 Burlingham Rd, Pine Bush. Pastor Robert B. Hewitt will officiate. A gathering will be held after the memorial service Wednesday at the home of Jill and Robert Burnett, 566 Awosting Road, Pine Bush. Everyone is welcome. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hudson Valley, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550. Arrangements were made by the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, Inc.
