William C. Butcher
William C. Butcher, a longtime resident of Liberty and retired car salesman, died Monday, February 6, 2006 in Liberty, N.Y. He was 65.
The son of William Butcher and Ann Frances Butcher, he was born January 8, 1941 in Wisconsin.
Mr. Butcher was a member of Liberty Assembly of God; the National Rifle Association; and the Smith & Wesson Club 1852. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Erika Murphy and her husband, Albert, of Pine Bush; his loving grandchildren: Kourtnie Murphy of Pine Bush and Dylan Murphy of Pine Bush; his stepmother, Nancy Butcher; his sister, Betty Class; and dear friend, Bernadene Sauter.
There will be no visitation.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
