Peter A. Calabrese Peter A. Calabrese, a five year resident of Pine Bush, formerly of Middlevillage, N.Y., died January 20, 2006 at Orange Regional Medical Center at Horton Campus. He was 87. The son of the late Vito Calabrese and Narcisa Vinello Calabrese, he was born July 21, 1918 in New York City. Peter was a retired Carpet Installer for Peter Joseph Carpet Cleaners in Queens, N.Y. A family statement reads: "Peter was a kind, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He always made us laugh." He is survived by his loving wife, Marguerite Baisel Calabrese, at home; his beloved daughter, Carol Kilian and her husband, Tony, of Pine Bush; his beloved son, Peter Calabrese and his wife, Wanda, of Middlevillage, N.Y.; one sister, Ida Borger of Shelton, Conn.; one grandson, A.J. Kilian; one great-granddaughter, Justina Marie; two granddaughters, Marie Morrow and her husband, Jim, of Bayside, N.Y. and Nancy Zgaljardic and her husband, Eugene of Middlevillage, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by five sisters and three brothers. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 23 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, Inc., 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush, N.Y. and on Tuesday, January 24 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Hess-Miller Funeral Home, Middlevillage, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 25 at 9:45 a.m. in Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church in Ridgewood. Burial will follow at The Lutheran/All Faith Cemetery.
