Obituary of Linda Denman

Linda Denman Pine Bush, NY "Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow. Don't walk behind me I may not lead. Walk beside me and just be my friend." Linda Denman passed away on July 15, 2015 after a short but courageous fight with liver cancer. The daughter of Elliott and Edith Taber, she was born in New Bedford Massachusetts on June 8, 1949. She graduated from the University of Mass with a degree in Geology but her career was dedicated to working with the mentally and physically challenged. She worked for Blueberry Mountain and Crystal Run Village for many years. Linda was an avid horse woman all her life. In college she worked for many show and eventing stables. She was a 4-H Leader and a member of the Driving Club and the Draft Horse Association. She was a past member of the Pine Bush Ambulance Corp and the manager of the Cabin Bar. Linda leaves behind her husband, Dave, her doggie children, Anna and J Lo, her ponies, mules and draft horses. Plus many friends who will miss her. A remembrance service will be held on Tuesday July 21st at 1:00 pm at the Denman Farm on Red Mills Road Pine Bush. In lieu of flowers donations can be Pine Bush Equine Rescue at PO Bx 17 Pine Bush.
