Alessandro Roma, a Cable Lineman for Proline in Wallkill, NY passed away suddenly on Sunday April 10, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. He was 57. The son of Celestina Paniccia Roma and the late Franco Roma he was born on May 20, 1958 in Italy. Survivors include his son, Alessandro Roma Jr, at home, his siblings, Armando Roma and his wife Masaldo, Clauaio Roma, Rose Cervera and husband Steve, Maryanna Hofmiller and husband Bill, Cathy Catilupi and husband Gino, and Vinny Roma, sisters in law; Linda Coates, Susan Sanger, and Lisa Corriveau, brother in law, Brian Coates. Alessandro is further survived by many nieces and nephews, and is predeceased by his wife, Denise Roma, his father, Franco Roma Sr. and his brother Franco Roma Jr. Friends and Family may gather on Saturday April 16, 2016 from 12-3pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Road Pine Bush NY. Services will be held at 2:30pm at the Funeral Home. Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Newburgh.
