Obituary of Julia Muller

Julia Muller Montgomery, NY Formerly of Pine Bush NY Julia Muller a longtime resident of Pine Bush and Montgomery passed away on Friday January 20, 2017 at Montgomery Nursing Home in Montgomery, NY. She was the beautiful age of 101. The daughter of the late Louis Hoesterey and Marie Jourdan, she was born in Rochester, NY on February 24, 1915. Julia worked for the US Navy during WWII in the 3rd District NYC, was a member of the Pine Bush Seniors and the Walker Valley Seniors where she enjoyed and was very proud of being the Secretary, and was a member of the Church of the Infant Saviour. Survivors include her beloved friend Ruth Duryea and many many friends in Pine Bush, Walker Valley, and Montgomery Nursing Home. Julia was a fun loving charismatic lady who told it like it is and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is predeceased by her husband Frederick Muller. Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 25, 2017 from 10am-12pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush NY 12566. Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place in New Prospect Cemetery. Memorial Donations can be made to a charity of ones choice.
