My deepest condolences, Richard. It is with sadness that I read Kuhn's orbituary. I worked with him in the same department at Christian Dior for 5 years. I always remember him with his mustache, great wit and the gift of making people smile. He will be missed.

Robin was my best friend beginning in kindergarten at McGuffey grade school in Radford, Virginia. I loved his imagination and fantastic art talent. I lived not far from his home and we often played together including his sister whom I also loved as a friend. I will never forget losing her as a friend to suicide which puzzles me still. We parted after high school and never shared time after that. His memory is so important and his influence was a forever influence.

I was so privileged to work with Kuhn at Christian Dior. His happiness and laughter filled the office and always improved the moods of all. I remember I once made a rum cake and brought it to the office and he had a piece. He came out a few minutes later and asked for another shot of cake. Seems so trivial but I remember it so well. Not everything in life has to be monumental to be remembered. Thank you Kuhn for your gift of life. Rest In Peace until we all meet again. Besos.
