I just learned of Philip’s passing. We shared many miles together during the ‘90’s. Owner/Operators are a tightly knit group. He was always pleasant company.
May this difficult time pass quickly for his family and other friends.
Sincerely,
Ed Demeter, New Smyrna Beach, FL

Very sorry to hear of Philip's passing. We grew up together in Old Tappan and although I haven't seen him in over 40 years our early childhood days are still a warm memory. He actually reached out to me last November when I had a heart procedure done and it really touched me that he would think of me. I had been aware of his health struggles and he seemed so up beat and considerate.
Rest easy my friend and my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

To Mary and Family: we had pleasure of meeting Phil at one of the Brescia Way BBQ PICNIC in which Mary introduced Phil to us. He certainly made an impression with us. His smile and gentle manner will be remembered! Dearest Mary. We couldn’t make it today. Yet spiritually we’ll be there and Sunday we’ll light a candle for him at St Joseph, Wurtsboro. To Phil, RIP. Your soul will be united with other loved ones!

Had the pleasure of meeting Phil, through his lovely wife Mary. We had a lovely lunch at the River Grill. What a blessing to have had that afternoon and evening together. Phil had us laughing the whole time. His genuine spirit and utter presence was a gift that I was happy to receive and will remain thankful for that time spent together. May he Rest in Peace. Hi all, I worked with Phil at Laurel hill trucking and knew him before that thru cousin Pete. Also worked with him on TV tricking at NMT. Several double team adventures and hanging at the shop. One time we connected in Holbrook Arizona going opposite directions. After my 50 years driving Phil was top notch as a driver and person “ One of the Best”!!! Our hearts long to see him again.
