Obituary of Peter J. Feeney

Peter J. Feeney, a LPN at St. Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie and longtime resident of the area, passed away on Saturday November 21, 2009 at ORMC Arden Hill Campus in Goshen, NY. He was 49. The son of the late Peter John Feeney and Margaret Cathrine McNeill, he was born on April 7, 1960 in Manhattan. Peter was a member of the Hudson Valley Volunteer Firemen’s Association, the Walker Valley Volunteer Fire Dept, Life Member of the Volunteer Fire Police Association of Ulster County, the Firemen’s Association of NY, the Knights of Columbus Council 5329, Pine Bush 4th Degree and Knights of Columbus Assembly 762 Middletown, 4th Degree. Survivors include his sister Margaret Ferguson of Milford, PA, Aunt Leona McNeill also of Milford, PA, brother in law, Keith Ferguson of Port Jervis, NY. Peter was predeceased by his brother John Feeney. Visitation will be held on Friday November 27, 2009 from 3-6pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd. Funeral Services will take place on Saturday November 28, 2009 at 11:00am at the funeral home with Fr. Kevin Gallagher officiating. Burial will be in New Prospect Cemetery.
