MORGAN D. GALLAGHER July 8, 1977 - February 4, 2014 Pine Bush, NY Morgan D. Gallagher, a landscaper and longtime resident of the area passed away on Tuesday February 4, 2014. He was 36. The son of Brian K. Gallagher and Carol A. Douglass, he was born on July 8, 1977 in Suffern, NY. Morgan graduated in 1995 from Pine Bush High School and spent many years participating in football and track. Survivors include his father, Brian K. Gallagher of Airmont, NY; mother, Carol Douglass of Goshen, MA; brothers, Brian Jr. of Pine Bush, NY and Brandon of Airmont, NY; sister, Christina of Goshen, MA; maternal grandparents, Robert and Carol Douglass of Warwick, NY; paternal grandparent, Mary Gallagher of Airmont, NY; aunt, Nadine Gallagher of Forestburgh, NY; uncles: Neil Gallagher of St. Albans, VT, Conan Gallagher of Suffern, NY, Robert Douglass of Pheonicia, NY, Patrick Douglass of Fort Montgomery, NY, John Douglass of Chester, NY; aunt, Tara Arcury and her husband, Tony of Burlington, VT. Morgan is predeceased by his grandfather, Cornelius J. Gallagher and aunt, Ellen M. Gallagher. Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 9th at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc., 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush, NY. Services will be held at 4:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Fr. Kevin Gallagher officiating. Cremation will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
